Article - State Finance and Procurement
§7–101.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Proposed budget” means:
(1) the budget bill; and
(2) the budget books and other documents that support the budget bill.
(c) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Budget and Management.
