Article - State Government
§9–935.
(a) From among its members, the Commission may elect:
(1) a chairman;
(2) a vice chairman; and
(3) a secretary and a treasurer or a secretary-treasurer.
(b) The manner of election of officers and their terms of office shall be as the Commission determines.
