Synopsis
Prohibiting, in Baltimore City, a person from selling or offering for sale a dirt bike; establishing a penalty of a fine not to exceed $1,000 for violation of the Act; and providing that this Act does not apply to a transaction between a licensed wholesale dealer and a licensed dealer, an automotive dismantler and recycler, or a scrap processor.
