Synopsis

Adding Queen Anne's County and St. Mary's County to the list of counties in which a Class 7 micro-brewery license may be issued; and adding Queen Anne's County and St. Mary's County to the list of counties in which the beer brewed by the license holder for consumption off the licensed premises may be sold in refillable containers.
