Synopsis
Establishing the Task Force on Reducing Emergency Department Wait Times to study and make recommendations for reducing emergency department wait times; and requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations, including legislative, regulatory, or other policy initiatives regarding best practices for reducing emergency department waits times, to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 1, 2024.
