Requiring a physician assistant to have a collaboration agreement with a patient care team physician, rather than a delegation agreement with a primary supervising physician, in order to practice as a physician assistant; increasing, from four to eight, the number of physician assistants to whom a patient care team physician may delegate medical acts under a collaboration agreement; altering the circumstances under which and the settings at which a physician assistant is authorized to perform advanced duties without certain approval; etc.
