Synopsis
Requiring the terms and conditions of the Maryland Transportation Authority for E-ZPass accounts to allow a person to dispute any charges or fees for the use of a Maryland toll facility to the person's E-ZPass account within at least 1 year after the charge or fee is posted to the account.
