Synopsis
Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, if a defendant is released before trial, to notify the Baltimore Police Department within 24 hours of the release; and requiring that the notice be provided in a manner that allows the sorting and filtering of the information provided by the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
