Synopsis
Authorizing a community college to establish a tuition reduction program for specified individuals receiving unemployment benefits; establishing a specified amount of time a specified individual may qualify for a specified tuition reduction; requiring specified community colleges to develop policies and procedures regarding eligibility standards; and authorizing the Maryland Higher Education Commission to adopt regulations.
