Synopsis

Requiring that certain funds for the reserve account of a cooperative housing corporation, a residential condominium, or a homeowners association be deposited on or before the last day of each fiscal year; extending the duration to comply with a certain funding requirement related to reserve accounts; and requiring a residential condominium or a homeowners association to review the reserve study annually for accuracy.
