Synopsis
Authorizing a person who is at least 18 years old and meets certain requirements to purchase, possess, and use certain consumer fireworks; prohibiting a person from intentionally igniting or discharging certain consumer fireworks in certain circumstances; altering certain provisions to establish that certain provisions authorizing the State Fire Marshal to issue a certain permit relating to fireworks apply only to certain display fireworks; etc.
