Synopsis
Establishing a provisional social work license through which an individual issued a provisional social work license may receive a full license; and requiring the Board, beginning in 2027, to report to certain committees of the General Assembly on the number of active licensees who did not pass a certain examination, the number of provisional licenses issued, the number of provisional license holders who obtained full licensure, and any recommendations for improving the program and the program's impact on the health care workforce.
