Synopsis

Requiring certain nonpublic schools that offer athletic activities for students to develop policies and programs to provide certain information on sudden cardiac arrest to persons participating in the nonpublic school's athletic programs; requiring a physical examination for student participation in an interscholastic sport to include a cardiovascular prescreening to assess an individual's heart health, identify risk factors, and underlying abnormalities; requiring notification of certain persons if risk factors are detected; etc.
