Synopsis
Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to make a notation on a driver's license or identification card of an individual who consents to experimental emergency treatment in the event the applicant is incapacitated and unable to consent to the treatment; requiring the Administration to notify an individual who selects a consent notation that the notation will remain effective until the individual requests that the designation be removed; etc.
