Requiring certain applicants for a license to practice registered nursing or licensed practical nursing to produce adequate evidence, including official transcripts, that the applicants' educational credentials meet certain requirements; and authorizing the State Board of Nursing to take certain disciplinary action for the failure to complete certain education requirements.
