Legislation - HB0989

Requiring the Department of Aging, in consultation with the Department of Disabilities, the Department of Health, the Department of Housing and Community Development, and the Department of Human Services, to conduct a study on the calculation of income for certain housing assistance programs and medical assistance programs and report the results by December 1, 2026, to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Health Committee.
