Requiring the State Highway Administration to develop a certain pollinator habitat plan for the maintenance of vegetated areas along State highways and interstate highways that the Administration is responsible for maintaining; requiring the Administration to apply for federal funding that may be used to support the use of pollinator-friendly native plants along State highways and the interstate highways that the Administration is responsible for maintaining; etc.
