Requiring a child care provider to complete certain training on the identification, prevention, and reporting of child abuse at certain intervals; requiring each child care entity to certify to the Division of Early Childhood Development in the State Department of Education that each provider is in compliance with the training requirements; establishing certain penalties for providers and child care entities who violate certain requirements; and requiring a provider to provide notice or make reports of suspected child abuse or neglect.
