Synopsis

Establishing the Board of Directors for Baltimore Core Transit Service in the Maryland Transit Administration as a governing body with certain authority over the provision of Baltimore Core Transit Service; establishing the Commuter Services Advisory Board to provide oversight over certain Administration commuter rail and bus services in the State; exempting certain Administration capital construction and maintenance contracts associated transit facilities and vehicles from certain provisions of State procurement law; etc.
