Clarifying that a teacher who holds a certain National Board Certification awarded on or before December 31, 2021, that has an expiration date between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2031, inclusive, that has a 10-year award period, and that is subject to a renewal process is eligible for certain salary increases associated with the career ladder; and applying the Act retroactively.
