Synopsis
Prohibiting a motor vehicle dealer from delivering a motor vehicle for which two registration plates are required to a buyer or lessee unless the motor vehicle has front registration plate mounting hardware or the buyer or lessee signs a written statement acknowledging declined installation of the mounting hardware; requiring a motor vehicle dealer to report certain information on declined installation of front registration plate mounting hardware to the Motor Vehicle Administration on a monthly basis; etc.
