Synopsis
Requiring an individual to be registered with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation before providing private process service in the State; establishing specified application requirements to be registered as a private process server; authorizing the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to deny, suspend, or revoke a registration or reprimand or fine a registrant under specified circumstances; establishing specified exceptions to specified registration requirements; etc.
