Synopsis
Requiring a company that installs solar photovoltaic systems to install a certain lockout tag containing a safety warning under certain circumstances; providing for the enforcement of the Act; establishing a civil penalty of at least $100 but not more than $500 for certain violations of the Act; specifying that a local government shall retain certain funds; applying the Act prospectively; and terminating the Act.
