Synopsis
Requiring the Washington County Board of Education to allow a nonpublic school student to enroll in up to three classes in the public school that the nonpublic school student would otherwise be required to attend; requiring a nonpublic school student enrolled in public school classes to be counted toward a county's student enrollment for the purpose of calculating the county governing body's specified maintenance of effort requirement in a specified manner; etc.
