Synopsis

Establishing that the Police Training Commission may not require that an individual applying for initial certification as a police officer not have used or possessed marijuana before submitting the application for certification; and providing that the Act does not preclude prohibiting a police officer from the use or possession of marijuana after the officer's initial certification as a police officer.
