Establishing the Task Force to Study the Integration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Within State and Local Government Public Safety Operations; providing for the composition, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study, establish a certain pilot program, and make recommendations regarding certain matters; requiring, for Fiscal Years 2020 and 2021, the Governor to include an appropriation of at least $350,000 in each year in the annual budget bill in support of the pilot program; etc.
