Legislation - SB0165

Extending the date from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2027, by which the Department of the Environment, in consultation with the State Board of On-Site Wastewater Professionals, is required to adopt certain regulations; and extending the date from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028, by which all individuals who provide on-site wastewater services in the State are required to be licensed by the State Board of On-Site Wastewater Professionals.
