Synopsis

Establishing the Green and Renewable Energy for Nonprofit Organizations Loan Program in the Maryland Energy Administration to provide financial assistance to nonprofit organizations for the purchase and installation, and technical assistance for the planning and installation, of qualifying energy systems; establishing the Green and Renewable Energy for Nonprofit Organizations Loan Fund; authorizing the Governor, in fiscal years 2025 and 2026, to include certain appropriations in the annual budget bill for the Fund; etc.
