Synopsis

Requiring a municipality, by July 1, 2027, to inventory the number and location of all publicly and privately owned existing open drainage inlets in the municipality; requiring a municipality to develop a prioritization plan for making improvements by April 1, 2028, and to construct or install certain improvements on a new or existing open drainage inlet within the municipality by April 1, 2031; etc.
