Prohibiting certain owners of a cemetery from selling or transferring the cemetery without the approval of the Director of the Office of Cemetery Oversight; exempting a certain cemetery owner from the requirement to obtain an approval from the Director; authorizing a governmental unit to acquire an abandoned cemetery for the purpose of transferring ownership to a descendant community organization or a nonprofit organization; establishing certain requirements for the sale, transfer, or government acquisition of a cemetery; etc.
