Synopsis
Requiring a county board of education, during the design development phase of the construction or major renovation of a school building, to evaluate the use of solar panels on the roof of the school and geothermal heating and cooling systems; and prohibiting the Interagency Commission on School Construction from delaying the approval of the construction or major renovation of a school building if a county board's evaluation and report have not been submitted in a timely manner.
