Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County and the Board of Directors of the Friends of Hancock's Resolution, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes related to a visitor center and barn at Hancock's Resolution Historic Park, located in Anne Arundel County; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
