Synopsis
Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, on receiving notice from a certain insurer, to suspend the driver's license and all vehicle registrations of a motor vehicle judgment debtor who fails to pay the judgment, subject to certain exceptions; prohibiting the Administration from renewing or reissuing a license or registration suspended under the Act until certain conditions are met; requiring the Administration to reinstate the license and registrations of a judgment debtor who enters into an installment plan; etc.
