Legislation - SB0385

Altering the penalties for causing the serious physical injury or death of a vulnerable individual as the result of an individual operating a motor vehicle in violation of certain provisions of the Maryland Vehicle Law; and providing that an individual convicted of a certain violation is subject to not just a fine of $2,000 but also imprisonment of up to 2 months or both.
