Synopsis
Requiring the Maryland Department of Health to develop and implement a standard system to collect and compile annual data on the costs of prenatal care, birth, postpartum care, pregnancy care, abortion services, and menopausal care in the State; establishing limitations on the data and information that may be collected or reported under the Act; and requiring the Department to submit a comprehensive report of the collected data to the General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year.
