Synopsis

Requiring certain public school facilities projects to comply with a certain memorandum of understanding; prohibiting the Interagency Commission on School Construction from the unreasonable delay of certain approval under certain circumstances; adding roofs and pipe insulation to reduce condensation in order to prevent mold to the list of issues that require priority in awarding a grant under the Healthy Schools Facility Fund; requiring the Maryland Stadium Authority to use certain funds for certain purposes; etc.
