Synopsis
Prohibiting certain boards and commissions within the Maryland Department of Labor that issue occupational licenses and certificates from denying a license or certificate to an applicant solely because of the criminal history of the applicant; and requiring certain boards and commissions to establish a certain predetermination review process for certain individuals seeking a certain occupational license or certificate.
