Synopsis

Providing that the maximum annual salary of a register of wills may not be more than the salary of a State employee at grade 26, step 20 of the State of Maryland Standard and Bargaining Salary Scale in effect on the day before the register beginning a new term of office; and repealing as obsolete a certain minimum salary requirement for the register of wills for Baltimore City.
