Requiring each investor-owned electric company, on or before January 1, 2025, to file with the Public Service Commission an application for a pilot program to support residential customer adoption of beneficial electrification measures; requiring the pilot program to include a certain make-ready program, a certain rebate program for on-site clean energy systems, a certain multifamily housing facilities clean energy incentive program, and a certain load management and electric grid support services program; etc.
