Synopsis
Authorizing the Calvert County Board of License Commissioners to issue a Special Event (SE) license; authorizing the Board to issue a Special Event license to specified persons; establishing that a holder of a Special Event license may sell at retail beer, wine, and liquor for consumption in a specified location and in specified areas on specified property during the special event; establishing specified fees; establishing that the Act may not prohibit a licensee from holding another alcoholic beverages license; etc.
