Synopsis
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Children and Families, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping, including the installation of emergency generators and resurfacing of the driveway, of the National Center for Children and Families campus, located in Montgomery County; etc.
