Requiring an applicant for a medical cannabis dispensary license to provide the number of locations the applicant intends to operate under the license and the physical addresses of the locations; providing that a medical cannabis dispensary license authorizes the licensee to operate at up to four locations under the license; and requiring a dispensary licensee that operates at more than one location to report certain information for each location and in aggregate.
