Synopsis
Requiring each local education agency in the State to become an associate member of the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification (NASDTEC) to utilize the Educator Identification Clearinghouse for screening educators and individuals who apply to be educators; and requiring each educator employed within the local school system to become an member of NASDTEC by July 1, 2025.
