Increasing the amount of certain bonuses for child care providers and employees; requiring the Governor, for each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025,to include in the annual budget bill $6,000,000 to the State Department of Education to carry out the purposes of the Act; and extending the termination date of certain bonuses.
