Synopsis
Increasing the number of grants, from 8 to 16, that the Maryland Higher Education Commission may make under the Community College Facilities Renewal Grant Program in each fiscal year; repealing certain limitations on the number and amount of grants a community college may receive under the Program; and altering the required appropriation to the Program beginning in fiscal year 2024.
