Authorizing the interception of certain oral communications by a correctional officer with a body-worn digital recording device under certain circumstances and subject to certain requirements; and requiring the Maryland Correctional Training Commission to develop and publish online by January 1, 2026, a certain policy relating to the use of body-worn digital recording devices by a correctional officer.
