Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $125,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the London Town Foundation, Inc. and the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping of the William Brown House at Historic London Town, located in Anne Arundel County; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a certain requirement; etc.
