Synopsis
Establishing the Public Assistance to Entrepreneurship (PA2E) Program in the Department of Human Services to train participants on how to establish and run a small business; requiring the Department to establish eligibility criteria and a process to enroll eligible individuals; and authorizing the Department to provide up to $10,000 in business start-up funding to each participant who successfully completes the PA2E Program and develops a viable business plan.
