Synopsis
Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to provide that a certain provision of the Constitution requiring uniformity of assessments and subclassification of real property for property tax purposes does not apply to country clubs or golf courses in Montgomery County; submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State; providing that certain provisions of law that authorize a special subclassification and use value assessment of certain country clubs or golf courses do not apply in Montgomery County; etc.
