Synopsis
Prohibiting a person from advertising or offering for sale a digital good using certain terminology unless a certain affirmative acknowledgment is received from the purchaser or a certain clear and conspicuous statement is provided by the seller; and establishing that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000.
